Founded in Paris in 2014 and now based in Burgundy, Atelier Mylène Mai is a contemporary sculpture studio working with plaster and stone. I draw inspiration from the natural world, the architecture of living forms, and the wabi-sabi aesthetic, where imperfection becomes a source of richness. I have developed a sculptural language based on the scale, repeated and arranged in thousands of singular elements. Each one is patiently sculpted with precision and delicacy. Every work explores a balance between technical mastery and natural poetry. I create unique pieces and bespoke works for interior architecture projects.
